Regular swim goggles help you see underwater. HoloSport smart swim goggles also let you follow your workout without breaking your rhythm to check your watch. Depending on the model, you can see real-time metrics such as pace, distance and stroke count in your field of view, or hear swim updates as you go. All HoloSport smart swim goggles support pool training. HoloSwim 3 Pro is designed for both pool and open-water swimming. Its built-in GPS, electronic compass and Route Navigation work without a sports watch.

HoloSwim 2 Pro and HoloSwim 2S can be used in open water with a compatible sports watch for supported data. SollaWave is designed primarily for pool swimming. If you use HoloSwim 2 Pro, check the compatible Garmin watch models before pairing.

HoloSwim 3 Pro is designed for triathlon and open-water training. It can display key swim data and provide GPS, compass and route guidance during training without requiring a sports watch.

In the pool, supported data includes time, distance, lap count, pace, stroke count, SWOLF, rest time, water temperature and real-time depth.

In open water, HoloSwim 3 Pro can display time, distance, pace, direction, water temperature, depth and GPS navigation information. After your swim, sync the workout to the HoloSport App to review detailed data, performance trends and GPS routes.

Yes. HoloSport offers prescription options for nearsighted swimmers, with different lens designs depending on the model.

HoloSwim 3 Pro and SollaWave offer custom prescription goggles with separate left- and right-eye powers from −2.00D to −6.00D. These orders take approximately 30 days for production and delivery.

HoloSwim 2 Pro and HoloSwim 2S use prescription lenses fitted inside the goggles, with available powers from −3.00D to −8.00D. Check the individual product page for the available options and how each power is fitted. HoloSport

Swimming-goggle powers are generally selected slightly weaker than your glasses prescription. As a general reference, subtract 0.50D from your glasses SPH value.

If your prescription includes astigmatism, calculate:

SPH + CYL ÷ 2, then reduce the result by 0.50D.

Choose the closest available whole-number power and select the weaker option rather than the stronger one when the result falls between two powers. Consult your optometrist or optician if you have significant astigmatism, high myopia or are unsure which power to order.

Yes. HoloSport swim goggles use nano anti-fog technology designed to help maintain a clear underwater view.

To protect the coating, avoid touching or rubbing the inside of the lenses. After swimming, rinse the goggles gently with fresh water and allow them to air-dry before storage.

Choose the nose bridge that creates a comfortable seal around both eyes, then adjust the straps evenly so the goggles feel secure without excessive pressure.

Before swimming, press the goggles gently against your face without the straps. A brief, even suction around both eyes usually indicates a suitable seal. Fit can vary by face shape, so try the included nose-bridge options before tightening the straps further.

Yes. Pair a compatible HoloSwim model with the HandPlus B2 Heart Rate Monitor, sold separately, to view real-time heart rate directly in the goggles while swimming.

HoloSwim 3 Pro, HoloSwim 2 Pro and HoloSwim 2S support in-goggle heart-rate display when paired with HandPlus B2. The heart-rate sensor is located in HandPlus B2, not inside the goggles.
