We want you to feel confident when placing your order. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days from the shipment date, provided the product meets the conditions below.

Returns requested after 30 days from the shipment date cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product should be in good working condition and free from damage not caused by a manufacturing issue. All original items included with your order should be returned.

The original packaging should be included and in reasonable condition. Minor wear to protective wrapping is acceptable.

For hygiene and product integrity, items should be clean and dry when returned.

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or if it is returned incomplete. Returns sent without prior approval or to the wrong address may also be declined.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@holosport.ai with your order details.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.

The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees are not refundable. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Purchases from Amazon or Other Retailers

If your purchase was made through Amazon or another third party platform, returns and refunds are handled directly by that platform.

We are not able to process or override return requests for orders placed outside of our official website. Please refer to the respective retailer for support.

Limited Warranty

All products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by local law.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

What We Do

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit or replacement parts depending on the situation. The final resolution is determined based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

We do not offer component level repairs or in person repair services.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

It also does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts and accessories.

Water damage caused by use outside of the product’s intended conditions or rated protection level is not covered.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty support, please contact support@holosport.ai and include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.

We may request additional details to complete the evaluation.

Service Model

All support is handled remotely. We do not operate local service centers or walk in repair locations.

Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and next steps as needed.

Your Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.
