Shipping Overview

Shipping Origin
We operate a U.S. warehouse alongside a broader global fulfillment network to support consistent and efficient delivery.

For most orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Europe, we dispatch from local or nearby warehouses whenever possible. This allows the majority of customers to receive their orders within a shorter timeframe.

In some cases, when local inventory is temporarily unavailable or another fulfillment location can provide a more efficient delivery route, orders may be shipped from an international fulfillment center. This helps avoid delays associated with restocking.

Orders shipping to remote or less accessible areas may also be fulfilled internationally, which may result in longer transit times.

Each order is routed based on inventory availability, shipping distance, and overall delivery efficiency. Our priority is to ensure reliable delivery while minimizing wait times wherever possible.

Remote and Military Addresses
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. Orders shipped to U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO, are supported. These shipments are typically fulfilled via international routes and may take longer than standard delivery.

For certain destinations, including Brazil and Turkey, local customs authorities may contact the recipient once the shipment arrives. Any required fees must be paid to complete delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays or the shipment being returned.
