What Both Models Bring to Your Swim

A streamlined shape for smart swimming

Adding a display and electronics to swim goggles can make them bulky. You can see that challenge in the HoloSwim 2 series and in some other smart swim goggles, where prominent housings give the technology a noticeable presence on your face.

HoloSwim 3 and HoloSwim 3 Pro bring that technology into a streamlined racing goggle shape. The electronics are neatly integrated into the design, creating a sleeker look without obvious external components interrupting the silhouette.

For swimmers who want live data with the appearance of conventional racing goggles, it's a meaningful step forward.

Live data without stopping to check your watch

Distance, pace, and elapsed time appear inside your goggles, so you can check your effort while keeping your rhythm.

You can choose your metrics and arrange the display screens in the HoloSport App. Whether you're holding a steady pace or checking your progress through a longer session, the information you care about stays in view.

Your workout, one set at a time

Both models support custom pool-training plans. Create a workout in the HoloSport App or choose a shared plan, then sync it to your goggles before you swim. You can also enter a session your coach has written for you.

During the workout, the display shows your current targets and progress alongside your swim data. When you finish a set, it moves to a rest countdown with details of what comes next. That's less to remember between repeats and more attention on the set you're swimming.

A clearer picture of your progress

After your swim, sync your records to the HoloSport App to review your results and AI analysis. Looking back at comparable sessions can help you recognize changes in pace and consistency, see where you've improved, and decide what deserves more attention next time.

Choose HoloSwim 3 If Most of Your Swimming Happens in a Pool

HoloSwim 3 is made for the pool. It combines a streamlined shape with the tools to follow a workout, check your effort, and understand your results afterward.

It's a strong fit for regular pool swimmers, athletes following a coach's workout, triathletes doing pool intervals, and anyone working toward a distance or pace goal.

Why it's a game changer for pool training

HoloSwim 3 changes both how smart goggles look and how you train with them. Its streamlined racing goggle shape moves beyond the bulkier designs often associated with smart swimming, while keeping your data and workout in view.

Create or choose a training plan in the HoloSport App, then sync it to your goggles. During your swim, check your targets and progress at a glance. Between sets, see your rest countdown and what comes next, so you can focus on swimming instead of remembering every instruction.

Afterward, review your results and AI analysis in the app to see where you've improved and what to work on next.

A sleeker shape, clearer guidance during your workout, and more insight afterward make HoloSwim 3 a game changer for pool training.

What if you occasionally swim in open water?

HoloSwim 3 includes a compass that shows your heading inside the goggles, giving you a directional reference when you take your swim beyond the pool.

A compass shows which direction you're heading; GPS route navigation guides you along a planned route. HoloSwim 3 provides compass heading information but does not include built-in GPS, GPS track recording, or GPS route navigation.

If you mainly train in a pool and occasionally swim outdoors, HoloSwim 3 may cover what you need. If GPS distance, a recorded track, or planned-route guidance matters to you, choose HoloSwim 3 Pro. In either pair, keep sighting and checking the water around you.

Choose HoloSwim 3 Pro If Open Water Is Part of Your Regular Routine

HoloSwim 3 Pro combines the shared pool-training features and streamlined design with additional tools for swimming in lakes and the sea.

It suits open-water swimmers who want GPS distance and a recorded swim track, triathletes preparing for outdoor swims, and swimmers who regularly train in both pools and open water.

Built-in GPS adds location to your swim data

In a pool, a known pool length and your turns provide the basis for distance tracking. Open water has no lane ends to count. HoloSwim 3 Pro uses built-in GPS for open-water distance and track recording, so you can review where you swam alongside the rest of your session.

GPS route navigation brings your route into view

With GPS route navigation, you can create or choose a route in the HoloSport App and sync it to your goggles. During your swim, the navigation display points toward the next route waypoint. When you reach its arrival area, guidance moves to the next segment.

Before starting, calibrate the compass while wearing the goggles and wait for the GPS-ready check mark. Keep sighting for landmarks, other swimmers, boats, and changing conditions. The route display adds guidance; it does not identify hazards for you.

Water temperature and swimmer-to-surface distance add context

HoloSwim 3 Pro also provides water-temperature and swimmer-to-surface-distance readings during a swim. The second reading describes how far below the surface you are; it does not measure the depth of the lake or the distance to the bottom.

These readings add context to your training data, but water temperature alone cannot tell you whether conditions are safe to enter or remain in.

The same pool-training tools when you head indoors

Choosing Pro also gives you live pool data, custom training plans, rest countdowns, and app analysis. You can follow structured sessions in the pool, then use GPS tracking and route navigation when your training moves outdoors.

Can I put my coach's workout on either model?

Yes. Create the workout in the HoloSport App, then sync it to your goggles before swimming. You can also choose a shared training plan. Both models show your current targets and progress, with rest countdowns and next-set details between efforts.

Can HoloSwim 3 guide me along an open-water route?
